Return & Exchange Policy

At Mool, each saree is thoughtfully crafted and carefully quality-checked before dispatch. Due to the delicate nature of our products, we follow a strict no-return policy.

Returns:
We do not accept returns on any products once delivered.

Damaged or Defective Products:
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.

To process your request, kindly share:

  • Clear images of the damaged product
  • Your order details

Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement with a new piece at no additional cost.

Important Notes:

  • Requests raised after 48 hours of delivery will not be eligible for replacement.
  • Products must be unused and in original condition for a replacement to be processed.
